Seafood Spaghetti

However you choose to make it, seafood pasta is a simple yet elegant dish that never fails to impress.
Ingredients for 4 people:

Spaghetti 500gr

Seafood salad 350gr

Whole Red Unpeeled Datterini Tomatoes 350gr

EVO Oil 4 tablespoons

Garlic 1 clove

Parsley

White wine 3 tablespoons

Fine salt to taste

To prepare seafood Spaghetti, start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and cooking the Spaghetti until it is very al dente, as it will finish cooking in the sauce.
In the meantime, heat a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and gently sauté one clove of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes until fragrant. Add the seafood salad directly to the pan without thawing, allowing it to release its natural juices as it cooks. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate, then add the cherry tomatoes and a ladle of pasta cooking water, letting everything simmer for a few minutes to create a flavorful sauce.
Once the pasta is very al dente, transfer it to the pan with the seafood sauce, stirring well to coat the Spaghetti with all the flavors. Continue cooking for another two or three minutes, adding more pasta water, if necessary, until the sauce thickens slightly, and the pasta is perfectly infused with the seafood essence.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and give it a final drizzle of olive oil for extra richness. Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious seafood Spaghetti dish with all the authentic flavors of the Mediterranean.
