Return & Refund Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@mammamia.hk within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Include your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

• If the items received have quality issues, please email info@mammamia.hk with your order number and pictures of the item within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original box and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
• Please note that only one refund request per order will be accepted.
• Items cannot be returned or refunded for reasons not related to product quality.

If there is any dispute, Mamma Mia reserves the right to make the final decision.
