Manfredine 500 gr

Manfredine, also known as Mafaldine from Mafalda di Savoia, is a long pasta with ruffled edges which maintain their shape after cooking. It's excellent with "Ragú alla Bolognese" and sauces based on seafood, particularly mollusks.
