Piennolo Tomatoes of Vesuvio 1 kg

Piennolo tomato has a very intense flavour because it's poor in water but rich in mineral salt, thanks to the soil it grows in. Made using artisanal methods: the tomatoes are cut by hand one by one and then jarred without the use of preservatives. It's ideal for preparing first courses, bruschettas and side dishes but also an excellent topping for any type of pizza.
